Welcome to Real Estate Design Co! By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold are digital downloads. You will receive a PDF containing access link(s) to your purchased templates immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical items will be shipped.

2. LICENSE & USAGE

Individual License: Products are licensed for your personal business use only. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or transfer the files to others.

Commercial Use: If you're a social media manager creating content for clients, you'll need a commercial license. Please contact us for commercial licensing options.

Team/Brokerage Use: Multiple user licenses are available for teams and brokerages. Contact us for volume pricing.

3. NO REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges once you've received access to the download links. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

4. PRODUCT DELIVERY

Downloads are delivered immediately upon purchase via PDF. If you don't receive your download within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

5. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary software and technical knowledge to use our templates (Canva, Google Docs, Gmail, etc.). We're happy to help with questions, but cannot provide full technical support for third-party platforms.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All templates, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of Real Estate Design Co. Purchase grants you a license to use, not ownership of the files.

7. DISCLAIMER

Our templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we are not responsible for any errors, outcomes, or results from using our products. You are responsible for ensuring all content complies with your local real estate regulations and laws.

8. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
