NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once you receive access to your download link(s), we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Why No Refunds?

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you've reviewed the product description and understand what you're purchasing.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Monthly Marketing Kit subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged for the following month. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once templates have been delivered. To cancel, log into your account and click "Manage your subscription."
